After the consult call, if you feel the HemiLink Program is the right fit for you (or you and your child):
You can book your first intake session and subsequent sessions.
Payments are due upon booking.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To ensure we can provide the best care to all clients, we have the following cancellation policy:
Session Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Fees will not be refunded for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
