Attention Training Content 1:1 (Tier 1)
Training Modules Overview
Sessions are 50 minutes and include homework exercises tailored to individual needs. Generally, it takes 8-12 sessions to cover 4 key areas that greatly influence attention which are:
Attention mechanics. By understanding how attention works, we can learn how to fine-tune it, just like adjusting a car engine.
The “System” which includes:

The subconscious mind (deep-rooted beliefs)
Relationships. Relationships can sometimes be a problem source of distraction or an inspiration that can attention enhancement.

Cognitive Longevity Program (Tier 2)
Available for individuals who have completed Attention Training (Tier I):
Tier 2 is a more intensive program that builds on the foundations of Tier 1 but includes deeper cognitive and physical health assessments, lab testing, and nutritional interventions. This program is tailored for individuals seeking to optimize long-term cognitive health and reduce risk factors of cognitive decline.
